1. Agreement

By using ttiimmee, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service

ttiimmee lets you record up to 3 minutes of audio to earn listening time, and spend that time to listen to approved voices. Moderators review submissions before they appear to others.

3. User Conduct

• No illegal, harmful, or dangerous content.
• No hate speech, threats, or harassment.
• No sexually explicit content.
• No impersonation, deceptive behavior, or spam.
• Respect privacy; do not share personal data of others without consent.

4. Ownership

You own the content you create. You grant ttiimmee a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

One-time top-ups and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage your subscription via your Apple account. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple policy.

Consumable top-ups (listening minutes) are stored only on your device. If you delete or reinstall the app, any unused minutes will be lost and cannot be restored.

6. Safety & Moderation

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend features when content violates these Terms or applicable laws. Users can report content from within the app for review.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
